Delivery & Returns

Australian Deliveries 

At TOHM, we take great care in ensuring your fine jewellery arrives safely and promptly. Below you will find all the details about our delivery process within Australia.

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time as specified on the product page.

Shipping Options & Timeframes
We are pleased to offer free express shipping on all orders. Delivered within 1-3 business days. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

Signature on Delivery: To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect or reschedule your delivery.

International Deliveries 

Orders outside of Australia are shipped via DHL Express (all with signature on delivery).

Please note, prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that you may incur. You will be notified at the checkout of the duties and taxes that are payable, and they will then be pre-paid. Duties and taxes are determined by each country's governing border force.
 
Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact sales@tohmcollective.com if you wish to have this added.

Returns

We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate an exchange, please contact TOHM at sales@tohmcollective.com within the specified timeframe. A representative will respond within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday) with a Return Authorisation Number.

For your convenience and security, we provide a prepaid return label to ensure your package is insured and protected during transit.

Made to Order - Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any made to order items.
